| 摘 要： | 随着涉及专利案件的增多和专利案件管辖上的限制,使得跨区域专利行政执法难的问题日益突出。针对这种情况,有部分地区通过签订协议的方式,形成了专利行政执法协作机制。但在实践中仍存在诸多问题,结合国内外相关内容进行分析,对健全我国专利行政执法协作机制提出建议和设想。

| Abstract: | With the increase of cases concerning patent and the limit of jurisdiction over patent cases,the difficulty in cross-district administrative enforcement of patent becomes more and more prominent.According to this,some districts have formed the cooperative mechanism of cross-district administrative enforcement of patent by signing contracts.But many problems exist in practice.This paper analyses the problems and puts forward suggestions on the perfection of the cooperative mechanism of cross-district administrative enforcement of patent. |
