| 摘 要： | 食品分析课程的实验教学是对食品分析课程的理论知识的进一步巩固和强化,可以使学生熟练地掌握实验操作技能,并培养学生严谨的工作态度和实事求是的科研作风。本文从课程大纲、实验项目、教学方法和考核方式等方面对食品分析课程的实验教学改革进行了探索。

| Abstract: | Experiment teaching can consolidate and strengthen the theory knowledge of food analysis. It can also help to develop the students’experimental skills and their rigorous work attitude. In this paper, we discussed the experiment teaching reform of food analysis in terms of the course syllabus, experimental contents, teaching methods, and assessment methods. |
