摘    要:选取耐低温性不同的6份黄瓜材料9504,9506,9507,9511,9514,9517,进行低温处理,白天12℃,晚上8℃,每天光照处理7.5 h,强度为30μmol.(m2.s)-1,约合2 000 lx,共处理14 d,调查其耐低温性及叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素含量。结果表明,在常温下上述色素含量各材料之间差异不显著,经低温处理所有色素的含量均下降,且差异显著。相关分析表明,耐寒性与处理后的全部色素含量的偏相关均呈正相关,只与叶绿素a含量达显著水平,叶绿素含量与叶绿素a含量、类胡萝卜素含量、胡萝卜素含量呈显著正相关。说明低温使黄瓜幼苗的生长受到一定程度的抑制,但能够通过调节自身的色素含量来减轻低温的伤害,维持植物体的正常生长及生理代谢功能,从而表现出一定的耐低温潜力。

Abstract:Materials 9504,9506,9507,9511,9514,9517 were selected under low-temperature treatments, 12/ 8℃ in day/night, with 7.5 h everyday by the light intensity of 30 μmol· ( m^2 · s) ^-1 ( or 2 000 Ix) for 14 days, which were different in tolerance of low temperature . Several characters such as chl content,, chla content, ehlb content, carotene content, carotenoid content were investigated, The results indicated that there was no major influence on other characters among that at normal temperature, while there was major influence on other characters at low temperature, all pigment content decreased, correlation analysis showed that chilling tolerance was positive partial correlation with all pigment content, only chilling tolerance was significant positire partial correlation with chla content, chl content was significant positive partial correlation with chla con- tent, carotene content, carotenoid content. We can concluded that the growth of cucumber seedlings were negatively influenced by low temperature stress, but the pigment content could adjust themselves to avoid low temperature harms, which led to some tolerant ability of cucumber to low temperature conditions.
