基于LabVIEW的磨浆机综合参数检测系统设计

摘    要:基于虚拟仪器技术设计了磨浆机综合参数检测系统,可以采集磨浆机运行时的电压、电流和纸浆重量等参数,实现了数据存取、数据的图形显示及曲线拟合等功能,基于LabSQL数据库访问工具包实现了对数据库的查询和修改.系统已经投入运行,实践表明,设备运行可靠且测试数据精确.

Abstract:The overall parameters detecting instrument were designed based on LabVIEW.The parameters of voltage,electrical current and pulp consumption,etc can be dectected and transfered to upper monitor for data access,graphic display and curve fitting.Furthermore,using the LabSQL database query tools package,database query and modification of the reserving detected data were realized.Running practice show that the experimental data are precise whilst the device can run stably.
