蜂窝体中对流、辐射复合换热效应

摘    要:蜂窝体是由贯穿本体非常密集的小孔构成,载热气体沿孔隙通过蜂窝体,在稳态条件下,其中发生对流、辐射复合换热。每一单孔可看作非等温空腔。如果载体为完全透热介质,对流给热系数沿空腔分布函数给定,建立空腔能量控制方程,用可分核法求解方程,可获得蜂窝体结构参数与空腔内壁及气体温度分布关系。计算结果与实测值基本吻合。

Abstract:A honeycomb ceramic consists of a lot of intensively--arranged through-holesor pores where the heat--carrying gas will pass along and a composite heattransfer effect will take place to combine the convection and radiation understeady conditions. In such case, every single pore can be taken as a non-isoth-ermal cavity. If the heat carrier is a fully heat-transmissible medium andthe distribution function along cavity wall is given in terms of heat--transfercoefficient from convection, an energy--governing equation can be deyelopedfor cavities and solved by means of separable kernel method. Thus the struc-tural parameters of honeycomb and the relationship between the temperaturedistribution of cavity wall and that of gas are obtained. The calculating re-sult shows basically in compliance with that measured.
