| 摘 要： | 野外生存生活训练课是对高校体育教学内容的拓展和创新，本文主要采用文献资料法和调查法，通过对厦门大学开展野外生存生活训练课情况进行调查和分析，找出存在问题，并提出改进意见，为完善该门课程的开展提供一定的建议。
