| 摘 要： | 以广西公安厅机关档案管理信息系统开发为背景，介绍了基于Ｗｅｂ的多媒体档案管理信息系统的设计与实现方法，系统开发利用Ｏｒａｃｌｅ、ＳＱＬ、Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ等数据库开发工具和Ｗｅｂ浏览技术，使系统具有体系结构清晰合理，技术先进、运行安全可靠，扩展性好等特点，能有效地解决档案管理工作中遇到的实际问题。

| Abstract: | The design and implementation method of the Guangxi police archives manegement information system based on web is introduced. The system is developeds by using Oracle,SQL,Delphi and Web technology and can be used to solve actual problem in archives manegement. The features of the system are clear architecture, advanced technology, good expansibility, high security. |
