田菁籽粉固态发酵生产高蛋白饲料的研究

摘    要:研究了田菁籽粉固态发酵的几种处理方法,试验结果表明:以添加速效氮源,采用曲霉与酵母菌混合发酵效果最佳,粗蛋白含量达60%以上,动物必需氨基酸含量均高于FAO标准,其中第一限制性氨基酸--蛋氨酸高出FAO标准0.33倍。

Abstract:This paper reports the several methods of seed powder of sesbarina connabina by solid fermentation. The test result shows that double strain (made up of Aspergillus and a yeast) bi ng mixed to ferment with solube nitrogenous is the best. The rough protein ration reaches to 60 Percent and up. And proportion of the animal essential amino acids is all high above the standard of FAO, about them, the first restrictive amino acid---methionine increases by 33percent over the standard of FAO.
