| 摘 要： | 高等学校辅导员在大学生健康成长中起着重要作用,但现阶段辅导员队伍建设还存在着结构和功能方面的缺陷,需要在科学制定辅导员队伍建设规划、建立辅导员资格准入制度、建立辅导员督导制度、建立辅导员培训制度、辅导员生涯设计及建立完善辅导员业绩评价体系等方面来加强辅导员队伍建设。

| Abstract: | University student instructors play an important role in the healthy growth of university students. Hoverer,there are some problems in the construction of an efficient instructor team. To build a better university student instructor team,following aspects need to be considered: a scientific planning of the team construction,building up a permission mechanism,a training system,an efficiency assessment system. |
