| 摘 要： | 张纲出生官宦世家,受家庭的熏陶,年少时便能"厉布衣之节"。汉安元年,张纲被选为"八使"之一,代替天子巡视天下。他不畏权贵,弹劾了一大批贪赃枉法的官僚。出巡回朝后,由于得罪大将军梁冀,被派广陵任太守,平定以张婴为首的农民起义。他采用安抚之法,平定了张婴等的叛乱。同时,他在广陵劝课农桑、兴修水利,赢得了当地百姓的爱戴。

| Abstract: | ZHANG Gang was born in a bureaucrat family. When he was a young boy, under the influence exerted by his family, he hardened himself to order ordinary folks＇ high moral standards. In 142,he was selected as imperial envoy to help the emperor to super- vise the officials. He impeached many corrupt officials including senior general LIANG Ji. Because he offended senior general LIANG Ji, when he came back, he was appointed as prefecture chief of Guang Ling. It was a dangerous thing for ZHANG Gang to go to Guang Ling, because ZHANG Ying was leading a peasant uprising pacify the uprising there. However ZHANG Gang succeeded in placating ZHANG Ying and his troops. What＇ s more, he encouraged farmers to develop agriculture and irrigation . All of these helped him earn great popularity in Guang Ling. |
