| Abstract: | Company as a major player in the market economy, its ability to run smoothly is directly related to the prosperity and stability of the state and society, which is established in the substantial and legitimate capital. Shareholders＇ physical contribution as a matter of contribution, analyzing its types and grasping reasonable elements will contribute to construct and improve the legal system of share- holders＇ physical contribution. |
