摘    要:芽孢是由某些细菌在停止生长时产生的休眠体,在自然界广泛存在.它是细菌经过复制、不均等分裂、裹吞作用、发育、释放等复杂变化而来的,具有独特而复杂的结构.低水性和极低的新陈代谢作用使其在抗热、抗化学物质、抗辐射和抗静水压等方面首屈一指.本文介绍了芽孢的复杂结构及芽孢的形成过程及国内外学者在此方面的最新研究成果.分析了产芽孢细菌的生活史、芽孢研究的理论意义及对实践的指导意义.

Abstract:An endspore is a hypopus processed by bacteria when it stops grouth, there are a lot of endspores in the everywhere of nature. An endspore is the result of bacteria's replication \ asymmetric division \ engulfment\ developing and releasing etc. It has a special and complication structure, very little water and low level metabolism, so it' s excellent in heat cheak resistance \ resistance to radicalization and resistance to hydrostatic pressure. This article is on the significance of endspore's structure, endspore's processing and the newest achievements in this field all over the world. On the other hand, it' s also on the bacteria' s life history and the theory meanings from endspore' s researching, the leading meanings to the practice. It aims to give the readers a perfect understanding of the endspore.
