基于3参量的加速度控制方法研究

摘    要:电驱振动台具有清洁、安装方便等优点,为了在电驱振动台实现加速度模拟,分析并建立了电驱执行机构的简化模型,基于该模型采用了3参量控制的方法对加速度进行控制.在Matlab/Simulink环境中搭建了系统仿真模型进行仿真,并搭建实物系统进行实验,仿真和实验结果表明,3参量控制器能够有效拓展电驱振动台加速度响应的带宽.最后,采用3参量控制器对电驱振动台进行加速度路谱模拟试验,实现了较高精度的加速度路谱模拟.

Abstract:Electrical driven shaking tables possess the merits of being clean and easy to install. In order to implement acceleration replication control of the electrical driven shaking tables, a simplified model of the electrical driven mechanicals was established. A three variable controller was adopted both in the Matlab/Simulink environment and the physical system to carry out simulation and experimental study. The simulation and experimental results show that, the three variable controller can expand the bandwidth of the acceleration response of the electrical driven shaking table. Finally, acceleration road spectrum replication experiments were carried out with TVC and realized higher-precision acceleration road spectrum replication control.
