摘    要:采用基于中心组合设计(CCD)的响应面分析方法(RSM)研究了聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加量对垃圾渗滤液中化学需氧量(COD)去除率、氨氮(NH3-N)去除率、经济性指标的影响.由Design-ex-pert7.1软件设计试验,进行回归方程求解和响应面分析,得到了二次多项式回归方程的预测模型.实验结果表明,所选取的自变量与响应值之间存在显著相关性,试验值与模型预测值拟合性良好.确定混凝试验的优化结果是:PAC加入量400mg/L,PAM的投加量10 mg/L,垃圾渗滤液COD去除率可达41.44%,氨氮去除率可达29.07%,此时经济性指标最好,达4.42 kg/元(以耗氧量计).

Abstract:Central composite design(CCD) of the response surface methodology was employed to investigate the effects of polyaluminum chloride(PAC) dosage and polyacrylamide(PAM) dosage on the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen and economy index.Designexpert7.1 software was used in experimental design and a apredictive polynomial quadratic equation models were developed by solving the quadratic equation as well as analyzing the response surface plots and their corresponding contour plots.Response surface analysis results showed that independent variables had significant correlation with the response value,and the experimental values agreed with the predicted values of the model equation.The optimum results of coagulation experiment were determined to be 400 mg/L PAC(1 g/L),10 mg/L PAM(500 mg/L),the removal rate of COD in landfill leachate was up to 41.44 %,meanwhile 29.07 % ammonia nitrogen was removed,and economic performance was best,up to 4.42 kg/yuan(calculated with oxygen consumption),under the optimal conditions.
