| 摘 要： | 论文通过对松北区的开发环境、开发背景及现状的具体分析,并根据现状将TOD模式运用在松北区未来的开发建设上,文章探讨了公共交通线网对松北区未来城市空间结构的引导作用,提出了公共交通影响下的五大功能区分区发展的策略.

| Abstract: | The paper discusses that the TOD （Transit - Oriented Development） pattern is used in Songbei District development and construction in the future according to the analysis of Songbei District＇s development environment and background, and its present situation. In addition, it launches a probe into the leading effect of the public traffic network on urban spatial planning in the future. It brings up the zone development strategy about the five function zones under the effect of the public traffic as well. |
