摘    要:硫化镉纳米材料具有许多特异的性质,其合成方法研究近年来受到人们的青睐。硫化镉纳米材料的制备方法有固相法、液相法和气相法,对这些方法进行了综述,并展望了硫化镉纳米材料合成技术的发展前景。

Abstract:The synthesis of CdS nanomaterials with unique properties has attracted much greater attention in recnt years. The nanomaterials of CdS are synthesized by different methods, such as solid,liquid and gas phase reactions. These synthess are reviewed in this paper. It is predicted that nanomaterials synthetic method of CdS will become a tendency in future.
