甘薯块根主要品质的相关分析

摘    要:测定了33个甘薯品种块根的干物率、淀粉、可溶性糖和维生素C等4个品质成分含量。干物率平均值为25.73%,淀粉含量平均值为13.53%,两成分之间呈极显著正相关(r=0.762)。可溶性糖含量平均值为37.01g·kg-1,维生素C含量平均值为167.14mg·kg-1。干物率、淀粉含量与维生素C含量呈极显著正相关。淀粉含量与可溶性糖含量呈负相关(r=-0.266)。

Abstract:Several nutritional compositions of 33 sweet potato varieties were determined. Dry matter content was significantly and positively correlated with starch content. Dry matter content and starch content were positively correlated with vitamin C content. Starch content was negatively correlated with soluble sugar content.
