| 摘 要： | 给出了一种适用于石油测井领域高速电缆遥测通信系统的全数字16QAM调制器，利用Xilinx公司Foundation软件平台，采用原理图和VHDL语言相结合的设计方法，在单片FPGA上完成了16QAM调制器的电路设计、仿真和实现，验证了该设计、实现方法的正确性和实用性．

| Abstract: | An all-digitized 16QAM modulator in oil logging for cable telemetry communication systems with high date rate is presented in this paper. The design, simulation and implementation of the modulator are completed with the method of Schematic-based design and VHDL-Based design on the Xilinx foundation series software,The method is proved to be correct and effective on one FPGA chip. |
