浅议扩招与我国高校的规模效益

本文结合近几年我国高等教育扩招形势,分析了规模效益的内涵及制约因素,指出扩招对提高规模效益的作用及过度扩招所隐含的规模与效益的矛盾,提出适度的规模扩张才能促成规模效益实现的观点.同时针对扩招压力下过度规模扩张暴露的问题,提出了进行适应性调整、充分挖掘高校规模效益的相关举措.

A Discussion About the Extension for Institution of Higher Education and Its Scale Efficiency

This paper analyzes the connotation and confining factor of the scale efficiency, which is combined with the situation of the extension for institution of higher education in our country for the past few years. It points out that the extension for institution of higher education is a valid way for advancing the scale efficiency, but the excess extension hints the conflict of the scale and efficiency. It puts forward that only a modest scale extension is valid for accelerating the scale efficiency. Facing with the problem discovered in the excess scale extension, this paper provides some suggestions for how to dig the scale efficiency of institution of higher education.
