| 摘 要： | 军团菌是军团菌病的病源,在空调系统中的冷却塔水中普遍存在. 对常德市区随机在14个冷却水塔取水样,通过半巢式PCR方法,扩增军团菌特异16srRNA基因成功地对水样进行检测,结果14个水样检出有军团菌,检出率为100%.
