| Abstract: | This paper makes statistical analysis on the present situation of th e water resources in Qixian County's favored area of the Fenhe River's Second Da m Irrigation District, and introduces the development and management of the wate r resources within the favored area, and puts forward some suggestions of the ra tional development and management of the groundwater. |
