高功率因数直线感应电动机的开发与应用

摘    要:直线感应电动机是把交流电能直接转换成直线运动机械能的能量转换装置.它结构简单,运行可靠,维护方便,有着广泛的应用前景.普通直线感应电动机与旋转式感应电动机相比,功率因数和材料利用率均较低.为解决这一问题,本文提出了一种双绕组XYSB3500型直线感应电动机,通过主、副绕组及电容元件的合理配合,可以有效地提高电机的性能指标.

Abstract:Linear-induction motor is a device which can convert alternating current energy into linear moving mechanical energy Its structure is simple,but it can run stably and can be maintained easily,so it will be used widely Comparing with rotating induction motor,the power-factor and the rate of material using of general linear induction motor are lower To solve the problem,this paper provides a kind of XYSB3500 linear induction motor with double coils,which can raise the performance of the motor through the reasonable cooperation of the main coil,the subsidiary coil and the capacitor
