无皂苯丙四元共聚乳液的合成及性能研究

摘    要:以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸为单体,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸为乳化性单体,聚丙烯酸盐为稳定剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,碳酸氢钠为电解质,采用无乳聚合法合成了苯丙四元共聚乳液,并对原料配比及合成条件进行了研究.

Abstract:Styrene,butyl acrylate,meyhyl methacrylate and methyl acrylic acid were used as monomers,and AMPS as an emulsifiability monomer,polyacrylate sodium as a stabiliser,K_2S_2O_8 as an initiating agent,NaHCO_3 as an electrolyte,with mulsifier-free polymerization,then the emulsion of styrene/acrylate was prepared.The influence of the ratio of reactants and the condition of polymerization have been studied .
