摘    要:以抗热性不同的4个菜豆品种,2个辣椒品种和4个芹菜品种的叶片为材料,研究了叶片蒸腾强度与抗热性的关系。结果表明;三种蔬菜的蒸腾作用与其品种的抗热性密切相关,其中辣椒和芹菜的抗热品种在高温下叶片蒸腾率的增加大于热敏品种的,而菜豆的抗热品种则不论在常温还是在高温下,其叶片蒸腾率均大于热敏品种的。

Abstract:The leaves of 4 cultivars of common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), 4 of celery (Apium graveolens) and 2 of hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) with known difference in thermotolerance were used to investigate the relationship between leaf transpiration rate and the heat resistance of the leaves.The results indicated that in hot pepper and celery,the increasing rate of transpiration in the cultivars with higher thermotolerance was much higher than that in the cultivars with relative lower thermotolerance under high temperature stress.However.in common bean,the cultivars with higher thermotolerance had much higher transpiration than that in the cultivars with lower thermotolerance whether it is under common temperature or high temperature.It could be used as indicators to assess the heat resistance of different cultivars.
