| 摘 要： | 法律人在获取一项正当裁判的过程中,必然要运用到法律解释。而法律解释的方法就是法律人从法的渊源找寻法律规范的必要工具。法律人为了获得一项令人满意的解释结果,在适用法律解释的方法的同时应该遵循一定的规则。法律人只有遵循了这样一种规则,他们所做的法律解释才是可靠的,得出的法律决定才是合理的和可接受的。

| Abstract: | In the process of acquiring a legitimate referee,lawyers must apply to legal interpretation.And the legal interpretation method is an essential tool by using which lawyers seek legal norms from the sources of law.In order to get a satisfactory explanation,lawyers should follow the certain rules in the application of legal interpretation methods.Only following such rules,is the lawyers' legal interpretation reliable,and are their legal decisions reasonable and acceptable. |
