| 摘 要： | 现代大学制度是世界公民社会兴起的必然产物。完善治理结构是建设中国特色现代大学制度的突破口。政府宏观管理、市场适度调节、社会广泛参与、学校依法自主办学构成了中国特色现代大学制度的外部结构,党委领导、校长负责、教授治学、民主管理则构成了中国特色现代大学制度的内部结构。中国特色现代大学制度的精神实质就是建设以人为本、有限政府与大学有限自治相结合的现代大学治理制度。
