农村社区农民的制度化政治参与探讨

实现城乡社区和谐发展，建设社会主义新农村，农民问题是亟待解决的重要问题。本文从政治学角度谈论了当前基层社区农民的政治参与问题，提出明确农民作为政治参与主体的有效地位，并进一步从经济、文化、制度、社会变迁等角度分析影响农民有序政治参与的主要因素，最后对如何扩大我国农民政治参与途径进行了探讨。

A Study on Peasants'' Participation in Political Affairs

Realize the harmonious development of city and countryside community , and build new countryside in a socialist country. Peasant issue is the important question which urgently needs to be solved; this article discusses the current issue of peasants＇participatation in political affairs, puts forward the effective role of peasants＇ participation in political affairs as a political entity, and analyses the main factors such as economy, culture, institution, and social transformation, etc. that influence peasants＇ partieipation. Finally, this paper discusses how to expand the chanals of peasants＇participation in political affairs.
