| 摘 要： | 以扁桃酸为原料，采用苯回流带水进行酯化，再与硝酸胍缩合的方法合成了Ｐｅｍｏｌｉｎｅ，并通过改变不同的反应条件，找到最佳合成路线．该工艺操作简单，副产物少，总收率达４７％，较文献收率提高１５％～２０％．
