摘    要:思想道德修养和法律基础课程以培养大学生正确的人生观和价值观、法律观为宗旨.而一种观念的树立和行为的养成,高不开主体自身认知与情感等个性心理因素的支撑.案例教学手段在内容与过程上必须关注学生健康心态、主体意识、问题思维(意识)、心灵世界情感与理性等个性特质的发展完善.

Abstract:The two courses,Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the General Knowledge of Law,aim to help students develop correct outlook on life,concepts of values and law.Concept-adoption and conduct-cultivation cannot be separated from such psychological factors as self-perception,affection,etc.The content and process of case-study teaching must focus on the improvement and perfection of their psychological health,centeral consciousness,ways of thinking as well as sense and sentiment of their inner world.
