摘    要:提出了一种减小波形畸变及A/D采样误差对频率测量影响的电力系统快速测频算法,该算法基于sin(πfT)来得到测量频率,有效地降低了采样数据误差对测量频率的影响,使得测量频率对数据误差的灵敏度较低,算法本身的理论误差几乎为0,经过仿真与比较,算法的实际测量误差很小,在现场能达到电力系统频率保护的要求。

Abstract:A new algorithm of electrical power system fast frequency measurements is presentd. The algorithm decreases the influences created by the transfiguration of waveform and A/D sampling errors by using sin(πfT) in the calculation of frequency. It lowers the effects of sampling errors on frequency measurements. The accuracy and reliability of this algorithm have been proved by simulation experiment.
