摘    要:把MAEAM与Wang等改进的Bom力学稳定性判据相结合,讨论了FCC晶体Cu沿110]方向单轴载荷下的力学稳定性和理论强度。结果表明:计算的FCC相弹性模量与实验值符合很好。其力学稳定性范围为-263.4~4.03GPa,相应的伸长范围为0.796-1.066.

Abstract:The mechanical stability and theoretical strength of FCC crystal Cu under 110] uniaxial loading were investigated by combining MAEAM with Wang et al modified Born stability criteria. The results revealed that, the calculated elastic moduli of FCC phase are in good agreement with the experimental values. The stable region ranges from- 263.4 - 4.03 GPa in the theoretical strength or 0.796 -1. 066 in the stretch 1 correspondingly.
