可持续发展理论的若干问题研究

实施可持续发展的实质是处理好人类与自然生态环境、人与人之间的关系，促进人类持久的发展。经济的“量”增长应向“质”的发展转化，而经济发展也需要不断地协调完善。科学技术是第一生产力，但盲目地使用科学手段也可能会带来负面影响，可持续发展应是经济、社会的发展与环境的协调统一。

Study on Issues of Theory of Sustainable Development Strategies

The precondition of sustainable development is to protect the human survival environment and the relations between human races and to promote the continuous development of human beings. The quantitatively econmic growth must be changed into qualitatively economic growth, and ecnomic development itself needs to coordinate with social development and environment. Science and technique is the first prodution force, however, it may have the negative influences on environment if the scientical means are blindly applied. Sustainable development is a new civilization that is characterized by the coordination of economy, society and environment.
