摘    要:对教师教育专业中的教育学科课程改革提出标准化和个性化两条思路,剖析国家统一课程标准和高校建设教育学科校本课程两种改革方法,并提出用效能角度来评价这两种方法的可行性和实效性.

Abstract:The author provides in this paper with standardization and individualization as ways to carry out reform on education discipline of education major,analyzes two reforming methods of national unified course standard and education discipline construction in universities,and presents a way of evaluating the feasibility and actual effects of these two methods from the perspective of effectiveness.
