| Abstract: | The article discusses the approach about how to read Chinese matrix lattice information with a Western language Operating System by using C language.First,set up a self-using Chinese word storage to read the matrix lattice system of the Chinese word storage directly without the chinese operating system and design a menu interface between a network system and the users,so that the network system can be more vivid more audio-visual and specific. |
