| 摘 要： | 传统的帮训教官队伍组织模式中教官全部由现役军人组成,容易导致部队周期性、阶段性的压力过大,同时也给高校学生的军训工作带来了一系列问题。而多角色教官队伍组织模式能较好地解决这些问题。不过,多种角色的教官之间存在一个协调和整合的问题。

| Abstract: | Traditional drillmasters are made up of active army,which may bring pressure to the army and the problems to the military training in colleges.Here,a new mode named organizing pattern of multi-roled drillmaster team will be brought forward to resolve these problems.And the harmonization and conformity between various parts of drillmasters under this pattern will be discussed. |
