摘    要:面齿轮传动是一种新型的齿轮传动形式,在航空航天领域具有重要的应用,其新齿形与齿面修形研究已成为齿轮传动的研究热点。首先,从齿面展成、啮合理论、设计方法和啮合特性等方面对国内外在面齿轮传动传统齿形的相关研究成果进行了概述;其次,阐述了国内外在新齿形面齿轮传动的啮合理论与设计方法方面的研究现状;再次,详细归纳论述了面齿轮传动在面齿轮齿面修形与小轮齿面修形两个方面的重要研究进展;最后,总结展望了今后面齿轮传动在新齿形加工、修形齿面的啮合分析、修形齿面的承载能力分析、修形优化设计、软件开发等方面的研究方向。

Abstract:Face gear transmission is a new type of gear transmission, which has important applications in the field of aerospace. The study of its new tooth profile and tooth surface modification has become a research hotspot of gear transmission. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant research results of traditional tooth profile of face gear transmission at home and abroad from the aspects of tooth surface generation, meshing theory, design method and meshing characteristics. Secondly, the research status of meshing theory and design method of face gear drive with new tooth profile at home and abroad is expounded. Then, the important research progress of face gear drive in face gear modification and pinion modification is summarized in detail. Finally, the future research directions of face gear transmission in new tooth profile processing, meshing analysis of modified tooth surface, bearing capacity analysis of modified tooth surface, modification optimization design and software development are summarized and prospected.
