摘    要:高速铁路弹条在实际工作中会承受反复多变的载荷作用,随着时间累积,弹条会发生疲劳断裂。为研究高速铁路弹条(W1型弹条)在载荷作用下的疲劳性能和疲劳寿命,将W1型弹条放置于MTS810伺服液压试验机上进行载荷分别为(25±7.5) kN、(25±10) kN、(25±12.5) kN 3种试验方案的疲劳试验,首先通过疲劳试验数据计算弹条的疲劳可靠度寿命和疲劳寿命,绘制W1型弹条在不同可靠度下的载荷与疲劳寿命(lgFa-lgN)直线并对其进行线性拟合,根据不同可靠度的要求,可以计算和预测W1型弹条在3种试验方案下的疲劳寿命,然后对弹条断口进行电镜扫描分析,得出弹条断裂类型为韧性断裂。

Abstract:High-speed railway spring bars will bear repeated and variable loads in actual work, and fatigue fractures will occur over time. In order to study the fatigue performance and fatigue life of high-speed railway spring bars (W1 spring bars) under load, this article puts W1 spring bars on the MTS810 servo hydraulic testing machine to carry out fatigue tests with loads of 25±7.5kN, 25±10kN, 25±12.5kN, the fatigue reliability life and fatigue life of the elastic bar are calculated by the fatigue test data, and the lgFa-lgN straight line of the W1 elastic bar under different reliability is drawn and linearly fitted. According to the requirements of different reliability, the fatigue life of the W1 spring bar under three test schemes can be calculated and predicted, and then the fracture of the spring bar is analyzed by scanning electron microscope, and it is concluded that the spring bar fracture type is a bending-torsion type composite fracture.
