冷水循环泵变频改造的设计

摘    要:分析冷水循环泵的工作现状,利用变频器将传统循环供水系统改造成变频调速式系统,实现平滑的软启动和软停车,以减少对电网的冲击.设计一台变频器控制两台水泵的方案,由冷水循环泵、变频器,以及扩展控制回路共同构成一个闭环控制系统.结果表明,变频改造后,闭环控制系统能够较好地对水泵进行控制和监测,实时反馈压力的变化并做出准确、迅速的判断和动作,保证系统的恒压供水.
