| 摘 要： | 胺类对乙酸的萃取为化学萃取,反应平衡常数与萃取平衡分配系数有一定联系。将吉布斯方程应用于非理想溶液时,需要作一些校正,从而得出了y-x-T关系式。该式的计算结果与实验值吻合良好,并可得到反应热与浓度的关系,因而可计算萃取塔的热效应。

| Abstract: | The extraction of acetic acid by amines is a kind of chemical extraction. There are some connections between reaction equilibrium constant and distribution equilibrium constant. The correction is needed, as Gibbs equation is applied to the non-ideal solutions and the relationship ofy-x-T is inferred. Calculations from this equation is nicely identical with experiment data. Moreover the funtion of reaction heat with temperature is obtained, so the heat generated from extraction column can be calculated. |
