摘    要:面向区域发展的海岸带灾害预警系统是一个为海带地区灾害预测,深水航道整治,港口以及其人它海岸工程规划提供分析的有力工具,它还能为政府部门作资源规划和辅助决策服务,系统由基础数据库和数据库管理子系统,专家子系统和决策支持子系统等组成,具有数据录入,数据转换,空间分析以及图像处理等功能;并能处理多种数据格式如矢量,栅格,图像和外业调查等,空间分析的主要模块包括DEM的生成,岸线规划,深水航道整治的优化模

Abstract:The Coastal Zone Disasters Forcasting and Alarming System (CZDFAS) oriented to regional development can efficiently provide comprehensive information for disasters forcasting, deepwater channel regulation and harbour and other coastal engineerings planning in the areas. It also aids the government in regional resource management and overall decision-making. The system includes five subsystems. They are image processing, data base, model base, and data input subsystems. It is capable of data management, data structure transformation, spatial operation and analysis, image processing and so forth. It can cope with raster data, vecter data, image data and relavant surveying data types. Many special models are included: such as Data Terrain Model. Optimizing model of shore-line planning, deep water channel regulation and river channel migration. Forcasting model and damage estimation of sea level change, salt water intrusion, seashore erosion and storm surge. Coastal area resources assessment and development planning model.
