| 摘 要： | 以百里香提取物及百里香芳香油作为抑菌剂进行抑菌试验 ,结果表明 ,所用提取物对供试菌金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用 ,低 pH能够加强抑菌剂的抑菌能力 ,而吐温 80和有机氮 (BSA)能大大削弱抑菌剂的抑菌能力 ,可望将其用于食品工业作为食品防腐和抑菌剂

| Abstract: | The antibacterial action of thyme extract and its main composition thymol and carvacrol is investigated in this paper.The results show that all above mentioned agents have strong antibacterial action against Staphalococcus aureus、Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli.Low pH condition strongly increases antibacterial action while Tween 80 and BSA(organic nitrogen) remarkably decrease the antibacterial action. |
