| 摘 要： | 青年教师作为高校教学科研管理的重要有生力量,和学生沟通互动多,对大学生影响非常大。新形势下加强青年教师队伍思想政治建设是高校党的建设的重大问题。如何将高校优秀青年教师吸收发展培养为优秀的共产党员,为我国高等教育的深入发展提供强有力的组织保证,已经成为摆在高校党建工作者面前亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | As an important effective strength of teaching and scientific research management in universities, young teachers have more interaction with students and have large effects on them. In the new situation, strengthening ideological and political construction of young teachers is a major problem in Party building. How to recruit young teachers and train them as outstanding members of the Com- munist Party and to provide a strong organizational guarantee for the further development of higher education in China have become an urgent problem for college Party construction workers. |
