甘孜藏区康定县初中生流失现状调查研究

研究选取甘孜州康定县现有的四所中学,对四所中学近5年来学生流失的总体情况进行问卷调查,了解学生流失的量。在问卷调查的基础上通过对流失学生、流失学生家长以及教师进行个案访谈分析得出甘孜藏区康定县初中生呈现出少数民族学生辍学严重,汉族学生转出普遍的现象,并对其进行原因分析提出了解决的措施。

Investigation and Research on the Situation of the Loss of Junior Middle School Students in Kangding County of Ganzi Tibetan Area

Selecting four middle schools in Kangding County of Ganzi Prefecture as the object, this paper make a questionnaire survey on the overall situation of the loss of students in recent five years, acquainting the number of the loss of students. On the basis of the questionnaire survey, it comes to a conclusion that in Kangding County of Ganzi Prefecture the rate of the dropout of minority students is high and it is very common that the Han students are transferred to new school through individual interview analysis on the dropout students, their parents and teachers. In the end, it analyzes causes and gives solutions.
