中美篮球制度文化比较分析——以CBA与NBA为例

从中美篮球的管理制度、后备人才培养体系、训练制度、激励机制等方面进行比较分析,寻求中美篮球发展水平的差距,有针对性地借鉴美国篮球体制的优势,为我国篮球运动的发展提出一些建议。通过文献资料法,访问调查法以及逻辑分析法,对中美篮球的制度文化进行比较。我国现有篮球体制存在许多弊端,需要学习美国先进的篮球制度,并结合自身特点,大胆创新,促进中国篮球产业化、职业化。

Comparative Analysis of Sino-American Basketball System Culture --Taking CBA and NBA as a Case Study

From management system, reserve talents cultivation system, training system, incentive mechanism of Sino-Ameriean bas- ketball, this paper makes a comparative analysis, seeking the gap between the levels of the development of Sino-US basketball, so as to put forward some suggestions on the development of China＇ s basketball by learning from the advantages of American system. The com- parison is conducted by literature, interview and logical analysis, considering that there are many disadvantages in our current basket- ball system, which requires us to learn the advanced basketball system from the United States and combine with our own characteristics to innovate boldly and promote Chinese basketball industrialization and professionalism.
