| 摘 要： | 面向基础教育是高师的特色和根本任务,高师要关注基础教育改革。基础教育新课程改革具有人本化、综合化、现代化、个性化、多元化的特点使高师教育面临着挑战,重构人才培养模式是高师改革的必然选择。高师教育要确立合理的发展定位,加大课程改革的力度,构建开放的教育模式以应对基础教育新课程改革的挑战。

| Abstract: | To serve for the basic education is the characteristic and primary task of the teachers college.Basic education new courses characterizes as people-centered,com -prehensive,modern,individual and multiple,which makes it face more challenges,and reconstruct personal cultivation pattern is a must choice for its reformation.Teachers co -llege education should set a reasonable position for its development,enhance the course reformation,and construct an open education pattern,in order to meet the challenge. |
