| 摘 要： | 目的——建立大风丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法——采用高效液相色谱法测定，用C18柱（3．9×150mm，5μm），以1％磷酸-乙腈（88：12）为流动相，检测波长231nm。结果——芍药苷的线性范围为0．094μg～0．94μg；r=0．9999，芍药苷平均回收率为99．73％，RSD=0．52％（n=5）。结论——所用方法测定样品灵敏度高，重复性好，能有效地控制大风丸的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective--To establish method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Dafengwan.Methods--The separation was carried out on C 18 （3.9× 150mm, 5 μ m） column.The mobile phase was composed of 1% phosphoric acid - acetonitrile （88 ： 12）,Detection wavelength was 23 lnm.Results--The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0.094 μ g～0.94 μ g （r=0.9995）.Average recovery was 99.75% （RSD=0.52%;n= 5）.Conclusion--This method was accurate, rapid , reproducible and suitable for the quality control of this preparation. |
