| 摘 要： | 针对高等师范院校化学专业师范生职业能力培养存在的问题,提出并实施了把师范生教学能力的培养贯穿在化学专业教学中的方式方法。多年的教学实践证明,其是培养化学专业师范生教学能力的一种行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem in the cultivation of chemistry students＇teaching ability in normal college, a practical meth- od, namely, cultivation of teaching ability throughout chemistry teaching, was put forward. Through many years＇practice, the meth- od has been approved to be very effective in cultivating the teaching ability of chemistry majors. |
