| 摘 要： | 通过对某海底管道进行理化检测、腐蚀产物分析、腐蚀形貌观察、服役环境分析及室内模拟实验,研究管道失效原因.结果表明:管道材质满足API spec 5L要求;内管存在由CaCO3、BaSO4和Fe(OH)3形成的结垢,垢层的存在使得管体的均匀腐蚀速率增大了约7倍,垢下腐蚀是导致管道腐蚀穿孔失效的主要原因.

Failure analysis of some submarine pipeline |

| Abstract: | The failure reason of submarine pipeline is analyzed according to physical and chemical testing,corrosion product analysis,corrosion morphology observation,pipeline service environment and laboratory simulation experiments.The results show that the material of the submarine pipeline meets the requirements of API spec 5L standard,there is the scale composed of CaCO3,BaSO4 and Fe(OH)3 on the inner surface of the pipeline.The scale layer makes the uniform corrosion rate of the pipeline be increased by about 7 times.The main reason for the perforation failure of the pipeline is the corrosion under the scale layer. |
