| Abstract: | This article first introduced the traditional industrial voice broadcast system and Computer/Telephone Integration system. Then we discussed the feasibility, system design and the realization. The CTI industrial voice broadcast system has four main elements: telecom interface card, data collection module, manual keyboard, and CTI software. |
