摘    要:以丙烯酸(AA)与乙二醇(EG)为原料,采用直接酯化法合成出了二丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDA)。以EGDA得率为考核指标,对溶剂及用量、催化剂种类及用量等诸多条件进行了研究与优化,发现采用减小体系压强以降低反应温度对该反应更有利,得出了直接酯化法合成EGDA的适宜条件。减压精馏后的EGDA产品经检测证明其纯度较高,满足聚合反应交联剂等的质量要求。

Abstract:With the acrylic acid(AA) and the glycol(EG) as raw materials,Direct etherification method is usded to synthesize the ethylene glycol diacrylate(EGDA).The solvent,the catalyst and other reaction conditions are optimized according to EGDA production rate.The study shows that it is better to reduce the system intensity of pressure for decreasing the reaction temperature,so the suitable conditions for the synthsis of EGDA are obtained.The purity of the EGDA product by rectification under vacuum is tested,which is proved to be qualifiable for cross linking agent for polymerization.
